Since 1984

Gerrard Excavating, Inc. began serving builders and developers along the Northern Front Range of Colorado in the early 1980's, excavating foundations and grading small sites.

Since that time, we have become one of the largest infrastructure/site development contractors in the northern region. We are family owned & operated, and are committed to serving our customers through safety, quality, and excellence on all of our projects.
